Daniel Gaspar - Chef/Owner
Daniel moved to the United States from Mexico when he was just 9 years old. Since then, he has built an entire life and a professional career in Austin and has been mentored by some of the biggest talents in the city. His experience includes managing two concepts for the Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group as well as stints at Barley Swine & Comedor, all whom are recognized by the Michelin Guide Texas. Daniel even had the privilege of cooking at the prestigious James Beard House in NYC for a guest chef event. Outside of his passion in the kitchen, he is a proud husband and a father of two.
Sara Gaspar- Operations Manager
Sara was born in the heart of the Black Forest in Germany and moved to Los Angeles when she was 11 years old. She then made the move to Austin in 2013 in search of a different adventure. She has fostered her passion in the food & hospitality industry and is a crucial part of our daily operations with over 10 years of restaurant experience and management. Sara is no stranger to the kitchen and is passionate about bread baking. She runs her own micro bakery called Gluten Tag Pantry!
